Rachel and Kaycia are both extremely skilled massage therapists. They have many years of experience and their knowledge of anatomy and release techniques is solid. I’m a physical therapist assistant and they are who I go to when I can’t get a muscle to behave with my own techniques. They’re super fun to talk to and they’ll be your friend for life. If you’re a first timer they are really great at getting the correct pressure for you and are happy to go deeper or lighter.

Her knowledge and expertise is amazing, and she continually teaches me new things that aid in recovery.
