Started off poorly, this was my first time and last time to this place. First, I was hardly greeted by anyone, I wasn’t asked if I have any concern areas, any areas of focus, etc. the position I had to hold, full butterfly, for 45 mins was incredibly uncomfortable. The conversation was even more uncomfortable, but what do you say when you’re in such a vulnerable position. The wax job itself wasn’t great as many spots were missed, it’s hardly been a week and it doesn’t look much better than it did prior to my wax. I will not be returning.

My favorite wax spa! I unfortunately had to report a wax burn for the first time ever in all my years getting a Brazilian. Sent them photos and only wanted to report that person for possible refresher training. Anastasia is my favorite and I will be having her do my waxing only moving forward. She responded quickly and provided me with great information to heal the burn.. It’s a beautiful little shop tucked away in Winter Park. Great prices and the staff are always so nice. The customer service is phenominal on every level!
