Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went here a few years ago and can’t remember the name of the stylist but she was very rude. I guess she didn’t want to wait on old ladies. I ended up with her because the “older” woman was out sick. I went to her 3 or 4 times and every time she asked me if I wanted to see the “older” stylist. She overcharged me and was rude. Also, in the winter, the open concept is cold because they don’t have a double door entry. I will NEVER return. I ended up with her because the “older” woman was out sick. I went to her 3 or 4 times and every time she asked me if I wanted to see the “older” stylist. She overcharged me and was rude. It is almost impossible to get an appointment there. It’s almost like they pick and choose who they wanna see. Kind of wierd. I wouldn’t recommend just because staff seems snobby when you walk in. Would live to actually get in to see someone but its never possible
