A local favorite, Ab’s Hair Studio is approaching 5 years in business as Bensalem’s top-rated beauty salon. In addition to our salon services, we have in-house barbers. In other words, we are a one-stop beauty shop. Some of our top services include but are not limited to braiding, extensions, silk press, locs and loc maintenance, traditional men’s haircuts, hair coloring, and more. Booking is easy, just give us a call or book online with your preferred stylist. Walk-ins are accepted depending upon available staff. Disclaimer: Ab’s Hair Studio is a cash business. Abs Hair Studio was recommended to me by a friend. I enjoyed the atmosphere, people, and conversation. I got my crochet faux locs done by Serena. Although the style didn’t hold up well, i appreciated Serena contacting me and taking the time to help me choose what kind of hair to get, how many packs to get, and what i wanted it to look it. It was nice having options and having help as I’m new to getting my hair done. Was very happy with the locs for the first week, but personally wouldn’t get them again.

Cool, inviting, very professional shop! I had my first visit a couple of weeks ago and loved my experience and my hair. My stylists name is Serena and she literally saved my hair, when I thought I had ruined it. Today, is my second appointment with Serena and I’m super excited for her to do my hair again. I made an appointment to see what was salvageable of my hair after I cut off my locs. I experienced scalp damage prior to appointment and was nervous and self conscious about my low cut that made visible the damage. However, I was reassured and professionally guided throughout the entire process. The entire team in the shop was friendly and encouraging. I felt comfortable with such a big decision (the big chop) and was pleased with the results. I felt they blessed “my crown” and I feel confident again. It was more than a hair cut and style. It was an experience. And I’m grateful that I found a place that I can trust to do right by my hair.
