Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI brought pictures in how I wanted my hair cut. Christine looked at the pictures with me, we discussed the process. My hair did not come out like the pictures, but it was trimmed. When I got home, I realized I wanted a new style. I went back the following Friday. She proceeded to cut my hair (after seeing pictures)Again, nothing like thepictures. I was charged (& tipped) again. I was so disappointed. I went back the following Friday got hair color. Told the owner Diane what happened with the 2 hair cuts.Diane cut my hair, with a visual goal, and I almost cried. Yesterday, I drove an hour each way to get it recut and colored by a lovely woman where I used to live. It’s finallyfine. Wanted it much longer. It cost me a small fortune in charges and tips. After being traumatized by a terrible hair experience, I was completely healed by Abraxis! I asked for some gentle pink highlights in my hair along with layers and angles and Abby delivered! She was wonderful, personable, skilled, and extremely talented. Amazing hair salon–will definitely return and recommend to others!

There is something to be said about a salon where people have worked for over 25 years, where everyone is happy and personable. That is just the beginning to a wonderful experience, everyone there takes time to listen to their clients and provide for them a more than satisfying hair experience. I love it there and a special shout out to Diane, the owner, who will go out of her way to make sure you leave her salon thrilled with the work of her employees. Abraxas is a family and they treat everyone like part of their family!!!!
