Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was at Abracadabra Nail Salon when Kristi spoke with Lacie (see her post) concerning her nails. Although another tech had done Lacie’s nails, Kristi offered to fix the nails that night. The other tech, ( just getting started in the profession) also offered to fix the nails. Lacie was not satisfied with that solution, she used some choice language and hung up on Kristi. Kristi immediately called back and offered to both REFUND the money and FIX the nails. Ultimately Lacie came back, got her money, was again offered a new manicure, and was also given a file and instruction on how to care for her nails. At no time was she told to “deal with it.”I have been going to Kristi at Abracadabra for at least 12 years, she has a large, loyal clientele because of her professionalism and the outstanding quality of work she does. She is mentoring her new coworker to adopt those same qualities. I was at Abracadabra Nail Salon when Kristi spoke with Lacie (see her post) concerning her nails. Although another tech had done Lacie’s nails, Kristi offered to fix the nails that night.
