This is seriously THE BEST my hair has ever looked. Rachel & all of the gang are amazing at what they do. I always feel welcome & adore the vibe in the salon. Throughout the years I have gotten massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, makeup & hair done by the girls & they definitely live up to their name! They all go above & beyond to make sure that you are confident & beautiful. They even have an ADORABLE boutique. I can always depend on them for the latest looks. Hands down, my favorite place to get pretty. <3 <3

Full spa day and the ladies that did the pedicure, facial and massage were wonderful. My second time going for a spa and I would go back. Four stars because the business website advertises full spa day for $187. It is actually $235. I was told of the pricing change 2/3 the way through the spa day. No steam shower/ sauna listed either. I don’t think the communication was fair. I just like to know before hand.

Seriously disappointed, I was in for a root touch up, highlight and cut. This was my first time at this salon and I had Courtney as a stylist she was so sweet and did a fantastic job on my haircut… BUT I had some concerns about the root touch up being way darker that it should have been it didn’t match my color at all! I thought she knew how to color match but it was way off. She left me wet when I left so I could not tell then that it was too dark. Also my skin still has color all around my forehead and ears and some on my cheek I was a mess when I left. I called the morning after, I wanted to brain storm with her about this concern so she would know for my next visit that I scheduled so we could correct the problem since I was new to her. . I spoke with Michelle she was very short with me, didn’t want to be bothered by my concern and basically blew me off. Michelle told me either Courtney or herself would call me back later that day, but I never heard from either of them. Not a very good first impression!!! Needless to say I won’t be back. Salons are a dime a dozen and life is too short to be bothered by this!!!

i’ve gone to courtney for probably about a year now, and i’ve been going to the salon it’s self for a long time. they are seriously the best , you feel so relaxed the second you walk in, and the girls are the best at making you feel so comfortable and happy. i love courtney so so much, we’ve tried so many different styles and colors and gone out of my comfort zone and i love it . she’s not afraid to tell me what would look the best, and she’s great at chatting it up convo wise and making sure my needs are met !! this is my go to place and i will always recommend it to all people. not only is there hair services but so much more, including the cutest boutique!

I loved getting my haircut here by Katie, loved being the main word here. I went there for another service which was less than satisfying so I called the next day. When I talked to Pam the owner I was shocked when she blamed me for all my concerns. It was my fault the water was cold when I asked for it to be warmed up. It was my fault when I asked to put my shoes on and was pushed aside for a regular. So when Pam said she already talked to the girl that worked on me on me I asked when, she lied and said this morning. Except this was the first time I called to say anything to anyone and it was 10:05am. So unless they knew I was going to complain why would they had already talked about me? I refuse to give Pam a dime when she knows nothing about customer service. How rude and nasty of a person she was .
