This is one of the best salons in Toledo and the only ones I will let do my hair! I love each and every one they keep me looking fabulous! I been going here for years I am Above and Beyond Royalty! Never had a bad experience, they go above and beyond. My hair is always beautiful. Everybody is professional especially the owner! Anna, Kemonee and Poomp are all great stylist! Can’t nobody tell me different. I said what I said! Signed The Toy! Five stars!

I had a consultation the day before where I was assessed to determine the best treatment plan, and had the procedure explained. Of course this was all non invasive body sculpting, so I didn’t expect results right away. The next day I went in, and I was started on a machine that kind of vibrated my body leaving me feeling like I had a 30 min workout, when actually I had just been standing. Next I was wrapped, and placed in their sauna, which turned out to be super relaxing. The owner and the nurse providing the treatment constantly checked on me and made sure that I was comfortable and hydrated. Lastly I had the body cavitation and sculpting. As soon as I stood up to my surprise I could already see a difference. I was so excited! I plan to go back for at least 2-3 more treatments, and the price is very reasonable.I went in for body sculpting. I’m not sure why my first review did not post but this is not a good salon. They do not know how to care for natural hair the girl was raking through my hair then she proceeded to say it was dry therefore I needed a deep conditioning which was extra. She told me I could not get my original style because my hair was too thick but I wasn’t going for it because I’ve had that style done before had to pay extra for thick hair too. Then she flat ironed my hair before braiding it without even asking (be a little more considerate) I don’t like too much heat I’m natural for a reason and I have never had to get my hair straightened for braids. My style was supposed to be $50 and walked out paying $90 never again. Oh and did I mention she was 20 mins LATE no apology or anything. If a client were late it would be extra but the same doesn’t apply for the stylist. The owner should have taken the initiative to reach out to her employee!! Waste of time and money.

Nice salon EVERYONE in there can do hair, braid, natural, ponytails etc. I am new to the area, and needed my hair done bad. I spoke with a lady name Anna, she let me know she accepts walkins on Tuesdays. I really needed that since it was Monday smh lol. She did tell me to be there at 10am, I was late. Did not get there until 10:20am. Now, I waited it was a longggg wait lol. About 7 hrs, BUT she did an amazing job, and to remedy the walk in policy I will pass lol. Next time I will definitely make an appointment.
