Aly came highly recommended, and now I know why. She turned my hair disaster into a hair miracle! The most amazing thing about my experience with her was her knowledge of hair, the coloring process, condition of the hair and how to complement a clients hair based on their skin type. She gave me the spa treatment, made sure the water was warm before putting it on my hair, gave me a great hair massage and was always asking if I was comfortable. Seriously, I’m so glad I found her. I moved to Temecula two months ago and hadn’t found a great stylist yet. I ended up having a hair disaster and asked my new community for a referral. Aly came highly recommended, and now I know why. She turned my hair disaster into a hair miracle! Critical: Communication, QualitySo it’s been 4 months and finally getting a response on google. I’ve tried leaving a message and texting the salon after hearing back on Yelp months ago and never got anywhere. Yes, I expect nails to last longer than 3 days when spending $140. If y’all actually cared about people leaving and being happy with work done (since it is all advertising) then it shouldn’t take this long to resolveMom made appointment for both her and I with Kimmie. Long story short. Kim was super nice and easy to talk with but I just had a second nail randomly fall off after paying a lot for a dipped manicure. My nails were left very uneven and the next day looked like they had been done a couple weeks ago. 80 hours after my appointment is when my second nail fell off. Can’t even go back to get them fixed since I’m back home in a different state, but I feel like it was the biggest waste of money.So it’s been 4 months and finally getting a response on google. Yes, I expect nails to last longer than 3 days when spending $140.
