Hello first of all I want to give a big thank you to Kathy whom helped me book my appointment and listen to me and choose a wonderful hair stylist for me. This was the first time I have been to this salon and I will be back every 4 weeks. My hair was done by Alexa Danielle and she was fabulous! She gave me a consultation and listened to my concerns like no one has ever done with me. Alexa Danielle colored and cut my hair and colored my stubborn white haired eyebrows that I am so embarrassed of, so incredibly grateful she listened to me. She took so much quality time w me.And I have never felt so beautiful I my life, she was so knowledgeable and professional and treated me w such kindness too and the most friendly person I have met. I love my color and cut and eyebrows, I have never felt this pretty in my life. Thank you Alexa Danielle, she is amazing! Today had gel manicure and regular pedicure. The technician was lovely!! Super sweet and kind. The spa was clean and has a relaxing feel. My nails turned out great. My pedicure on the other hand did not. As I checked out the front desk person asked how my treatments were and I said “they were okay” and I showed her my toes. She agreed they were not top notch. She provided great customer service and took $20 off my services. I will likely return but would pick a different technician.

I loved coming here to have Anna do my hair. She was excellent. I booked an appointment to have my hair done before the holidays. The day before they called to confirm. After I said yes, they told me I need to pick a different time, different date and a different person because Anna left. While I understand that happens, I asked if anyone else was available near that time or date – no. My mother also had this happen. Rebooking wasn’t worth it because it wouldn’t have been until after the holidays. I’m surprised no one proactively called to move appointments. My appointment was with the salon, but they don’t seem to value the clients and don’t offer replacement or alternatives. They were not helpful either. Disappointed as that is not how it used to be. They didn’t seem to want my business, so I had to go elsewhere.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would NEVER go to #Above All Grand Salon & Spa again. If you want your hair to look HORRIBLE, just book with Gina. I had an appt with Gina to have my hair highlighted and cut. I showed her pics of myself and how I wanted my hair to look and all she did was keep commenting on my regrowth and refused to color it the way it has always been done. I’m 57 years old and truly know how my hair reacts to color. Her attitude was extremely poor (and that’s putting it lightly)… to be honest, she was a downright B….who thought she knew everything. She never checked my foils to see if the color was coming up properly, she just pulled the foils off, rinsed my hair and that was it. Now I’m stuck with exactly what I told her I didn’t want, and my hair looks like it was only half-done, which it was. I have a big white streak down the one side, brassy looking color by my bangs (which looks hideous), since she put those foils on last and they didn’t have enough time to process, and there is no color or highlights in many areas, nothing matches, and when I pull my hair back in a ponytail, it looks even worse, if that’s possible. I can’t even stand to look in the mirror at my hair, as it makes me feel sick to see it. Do not get a Brazilian wax here if you do not have fine hair. They do not use hard wax and cannot pull long/coarse hair properly. Just go to a salon outside of Wexford, it will be cheaper and better service for ethnic skin/hair types. Honestly as an ethnic woman, Above All is a go at your own risk place. (Via my experience over 15 years)

Visited the Salon and cannot say enough about how amazing our entire visit was felt like a queen ! However Sara Cortner was an absolute rockstar she made the day even more special, I felt like I was spending the afternoon with my bestie.
