Angela at Above All Beauty is a sweet heart. She’s been cutting my elderly mother’s hair for years. My mother is 82 and is blind with mobility challenges. When she was still living in her apartment, Angela made house calls. Now she goes to Beaumont Nursing Home to cut her hair and her price is very reasonable. She does a great job and is very generous and caring. Highly recommend.
