Critical: ProfessionalismI have tried several salons in the area. I wanted to share my experience at this salon and what I dislike about nail salons period. I usually get shellac manicure and pedicure. During my visit, I ask if the cuticle cutter had been sanitized because it didn’t look sanitary. She seem annoyed but replied yes and she just took it out of the bag. Then she started talking to someone else in their language. This is so rude and very unprofessional. Most nail salon practice this and it needs to stop because they are talking about the customer while they are sitting there. Also they want to do your nails while you’re getting a pedicure and have you in an uncomfortable position. Note customer want to relax when getting services!!! Lastly I wanted to note the shellac polish chipped after one week twice. The nail tech filed my nail so then to get nail polish off charge me to take polish off. Does the shellac polish not come off with nail polish remover. I’m unhappy with the quality of service these nail salons. Their customer service sucks!!!I have tried several salons in the area.
