I went here in December 2022 for a perm and a hair cut. Not only did they abosolutely screw my hair, but they hassled me about giving me my refund. It first took me more than a week to even get a refund in the first place. Tracy the manager was the main person I dealt with. My total bill was $282.60, after getting refunded the shampoo I didnt BUY, the total was $260.60, The perm was a total of $200 dollars, the hair cut was $42 dollars and I had already done a $50 dollar deposit towards the total. She ended up only refunding $162, taken away from the toal $260.60, leaving $98 dollars needing to be coverd which minus the $42 dollar hair cut equals my $50 dollar refund I should have gotten back but no, Instead they chose to keep it because of the product used, So they expect me to pay for faulty product. If the perm solution was good my hair would have resulted correctly, instead it wasnt. And on top of that I still gave them a $10 dollar tip. Susana who worked there worked with me on these totals and even told me that my math sounded correct. Being that main reason I went there was the perm, Just complete UNPROFESSIONALISM. GOOD LUCK IF YOU GO HERE, HOPE THEY DO YOUR HAIR RIGHT, so you dont have to deal with their refund process. They will suck you dry for every penny.

I had a Keratin Treatment the staff was professional and what I really like about them is they help each other. If someone is not busy they will come over and help their co-worker blow dry or flat iron your hair which reduces the time you spend there. The staff is professional and friendly. I feel welcome there.

I stumbled upon this gem of a business a week ago and had my hair cut and colored by Elie. She’s freaking amazing. This girl nailed the color and cut I wanted. I couldn’t be more happier with what she did, she killed it. Thank you so much Elie.
