Reached out to schedule a facial with Jamie. We agreed upon a date, she then later said she messed up dates and asked me to swap (okay, totally understandable)- the morning of my appointment probably 2 hours prior she canceled on me. She asked when I would be available to come in again. I gave her some dates, no response. I followed up the following week, still no response. Unfortunately now at this point, due to the flakiness, I won’t be coming here, & it sounds like others have left similar reviews. Its a bummer because I was really excited to try her out.

Expectations exceeded! In preparation for my wedding, I looked high and low for a good place to go for a facial. Not only did Jayme do an exquisite job, but the environment was relaxing and beautifully/creatively decorated. It’s a lovely, refreshing unexpected escape in downtown Puyallup. Jayme’s professionalism is matched by her personal warmth. Can’t wait to have an excuse to go back!
