The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, they take the time to get it just right and took as long as I needed to answer any questions, etc. They really listen and make you feel comfortable and at ease, and then use their expertise to recommend what would be best, achieve the best results, etc. You can tell they really know what they are doing. My results are more than I could’ve imagined, exactly what I wanted, very natural yet amazing results! The atmosphere is great and everyone I encountered was wonderful. The front staff was sweet and helpful, as well as all the staff. I am SO happy with my results! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I brought my daughter in for a facial – it was part of her 16th birthday gift. Kelly pampered her and went above and beyond answering her questions and making her feel comfortable. Not only is Kelly incredibly knowledgeable but she is also genuinely kind. It was a great experience and my daughter is already asking when she can get another treatment with Kelly.

I went to About Face Skin Care at the Hamilton Mill location for the 1st time this week. I use to go somewhere else to get my Botox done but I stopped going there because I was very unsatisfied the last 2 times I went. I did my research and found this amazing place! 1st of all, the customer service was 100%. I called to make an appointment & they booked me for the 1st available (which wasn’t until mid Oct) but I asked to be placed on the cancellation list. They ladies called me the next day & made me aware they had a few openings that day (morning & afternoon). I arrived at my time and the front desk ladies were so nice! Tara did my Botox and let me tell you she was absolutely AMAZING! I made her aware of my past experience at the last place and she made me feel so comfortable and heard! I absolutely recommend her and this place! My new favorite medical spa!
