Everyone there is so nice. You immediately feel welcome when you arrive. Having a cosmetic procedure can be a sensitive experience, because you are exposing the parts of yourself that you dislike. But the staff there makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. They are also extremely professional and explain everything thoroughly, including what any procedure is going to cost. As a side note, the space is beautiful! I could probably get the same services somewhere closer to my house, but driving a little farther is absolutely worth it in this case. I absolutely love About Face in Stratham, NH. A friend recommended them to me a couple of years ago and I have been to see them about 4-5 times. Everyone there is so nice. You immediately feel welcome when you arrive. Having a cosmetic procedure can be a sensitive experience, because you are exposing the parts of yourself that you dislike. Amazing overall experience! The facility is inviting, modern, and meticulously clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a hydra facial with Bianca- she was so friendly and explained everything I needed to know, and answered all my questions. She also recommended products and an at home regimen for my skin, and also let me know when to have my next visit with her. I have never had a better experience and I can’t wait to return for another facial!

I absolutely adore this office and staff. Jen is so professional and so kind (and a hard worker). I had coolsculpting done for the first time, and they were very honest during the consultation and what would work best for me to get the best results. Going to have anything done during a pandemic is nerve wracking, but I didn’t really even think twice. The office is spotless, everyone had on masks and face shields, and they did a screening and temp check before I entered into the building. I felt very safe and welcomed. I will most definitely be returning! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

About Face is Amazing! It’s hard to find a place that you can 100% trust and know they truly care. Well I did! I am a strong animal advocate and won’t use any products with animals in them or tested on. Jill and Bianca listened to my concerns and look out for me in this aspect. I don’t even have to mention it, they tell me about the products/treatments that would best suit me. I’m super excited about my upcoming treatments IPL facial.
