The staff was super sweet. I wasn’t nervous going into this at all, and the doctor made it so comfortable for me the whole time. He was gentle and explained each step and made sure everything looked it’s best. I was a little dizzy afterwards, and the staff brought me apple juice and the doctor turned the fan on for me and let me sit in the room a while longer. Everyone was so sweet! Words cannot explain since I’ve been coming here over a year always awesome customer service. I’ve been going with Yolanda for my facial treatments and I can say my skin has come a long ways. My face was so congested from wearing masks, environment and PCOS does not make it better and those hormones sometimes like to have a mind of their own. Planning to do PRP next just did a 60 minute Inflammation Diffusion Facal yesterday. Planning to do other treatment as well when my face is where I want it to be. Yolanda and all the women there need that raise I don’t know any better customer service anywhere.
