I have a standing appointment and if I need to reschedule, it’s always accommodated. She is very talented in her craft. I love the new salon. It’s clean and earth friendly. It feels like home.

They have an online booking system (yay!) and after I made an appointment, I did have a follow up question, so I texted. Meghan was very responsive and super positive. And it got even better from there. I was doing a very short pixie cut and we had a very detailed conversation before and during the haircut. It was very much a collaboration at every step. The result was a fabulous haircut that I absolutely love. The products they use are Cult and King with clean ingredients; they smell amazing and work great – win, win, win. Not only their products, but the salon overall is very environmentally friendly. I was impressed by Meghan from the Able Salon even before I came in for the first time. They have an online booking system (yay!) and after I made an appointment, I did have a follow up question, so I texted. Meghan was very responsive and super positive. Appointment requests, which can only be made via text or phone (no online booking system) are not returned promptly, or you’re ‘ghosted’—hardly a kind thing to do to an interested customer.When requests are returned, there seems to be an excuse for unavailability. This salon is never available. Unless the business model is ‘Not Accepting New Clients’ or it’s strictly an art gallery.
