I had a wonderful experience! The facility is very clean and welcoming. The staff makes you feel right at home! They were very attentive to my family and me the entire time. Ruth was so kind and her facial was relaxing and made my skin feel soft. I felt like I was glowing afterwards. Jasmin made me feel very comfortable during her massage, and she was super informative with any questions I had.

I am a loving and kind individual. I have been going to Able Spa for quite sometime. I had made two different appointments at this nail salon on two different occasions. I enjoying going there because Anna is one if the kindest individuals I have ever met that was doing my nails. She does her job extremely well. During the pandemic when businesses were allowed to reopen I had to cancel both of my appointments on different days because I had to go for a couple of CAT scans When calling to cancel these appointments the owner told me “this is a business, and business is money”. I felt very hurt by her remark because she didn’t even know what I was going through at the time. I understand businesses where having a hard time keeping their heads above water. I just have one question for the owner about her clients keeping her business going. Is there any compassion for your clients when they cancel an appointment due to rare circumstances that involve their health, is there any compassion at all for your clients? Or is this just a business? Have a great day and stay safe.

I love Ruth and her entire staff. They are very caring and accommodating. My sister and I will be coming back for our monthly sister relaxation days. This persons review troubles me as I had a situation last year where my father needed surgery and I did have to cancel my massage appointment that day. I felt terrible calling the spa, I spoke with Ruth, the owner, and she told me not to worry about cancelling and that my father would be in her prayers. I had to share my experience as it is quite different from the review left by someone else. I am and will remain a loyal, happy customer!! I have been going to ABS for years now and I am writing this review as I am disappointed to see another review from a customer about a cancellation issue with the spa. This persons review troubles me as I had a situation last year where my father needed surgery and I did have to cancel my massage appointment that day. I felt terrible calling the spa, I spoke with Ruth, the owner, and she told me not to worry about cancelling and that my father would be in her prayers. I’ve been visiting Able Body for a few years now here and there and have recently made it a more consistent fixture in my routine. Ruth truly has assembled the perfect team! My pandemic acne is under control thanks to her amazing Acne facials, Ana is a master waxer (knows how to make it fast and w as little pain as possible) and nail technician, and Olga gave me the best massage I’d had maybe ever!! To top it off, everyone is so kind! Highly recommend.
