Abitaré originally opened as a European Spa offering a skincare clinic combined with massage therapy. (MM#4556) Seeing the need for a full service salon and day spa in the area, the business further expanded in 1993 to become the first full-service day spa in the county.Through constant endeavors and growth in the beauty industry, Abitaré expanded once more in 2000 to a true state-of-the-art salon and day spa offering the very latest equipment, products, and salon & spa services available in the spa industry today. I’ve had nothing but lovely experiences at this salon. I started out by getting a very nice pedicure with Katie. This led me to make a change with my hair, and I made an appointment for a consultation with Sabrina. Sabrina listened to my concerns,my hair is turning from red to silver, and I wanted to tone the colors without covering the silver. Sabrina did a great job and gave me a really great haircut. I left Arbitare feeling like a new woman! I’ll definitely be back.

I just had my hair done with Bryan and all I can say is that there is seriously something wrong with this guy. I definitely think he was under the influence of something. My hair looks so awful that I am embarrassed to leave the house. I am so sorry I didn’t leave the salon immediately because I knew something was wrong with him as soon as I set eyes on him. He looked like he was in pajamas and had the worst body oder. I haven’t been to anyone else there but definitely don’t go to Bryan, you will be sorry, he is extremely unprofessional.

Recommended by my M.I.L. who made appointment for me as I was visiting area. Got a great mani/pedi, loved the color he chose. Also my massage was top notch! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 – neither person introduced themselves me. So i can’t even tell people who to go see. I know the nails were done by Cory bc another gal called him that. My massage therapist who did such a fabulous job is a mystery. 🙂 It seemed they called most clients by name though, so maybe a place so many regulars come it was out of the ordinary to get a traveler like myself.
