Critical: Professionalism, QualityAfter I told them it wasn’t what I asked for owner and worker started to argue with me when I asked if they could take them off, no redo (I then apologized for waiting to tell them). The man who did my nails continued to approach me and yell at me and even though I am 9 months pregnant and clearly not a threat. I still wanted to pay for my pedicure along with paying the fee to take them off, but owner told me I still had to pay for the whole set and continued to argue that I took too long to pick a color and that it was my fault, because I waited till after to tell them I was not happy. I understand the frustration, but I simply did not want to pay for something I was not happy with. Owner then took a picture of my nails and stated she was going to ask her clients if they were good. I tried to explain someone else might like them but personally I was not happy with them at that. I still wound up paying for everything despite asking if they could be removed and will not be going back (yes this was my first time at this salon).
