My tech was friendly and kind. And my experience was not horrible but not great. My French new set is uneven and I’m disappointed. I’m still digging out glue from my nail beds. Some white tips are thin and some are thick. I really should’ve had her start all over, as she offered and she did give me a discount. Thank you, But I just did not have the time to sit for another hour. I just wish my nails would’ve been done with more care and expertise the first time.

Horrible. Even though the price is cheap the nail work is trash. There is no prepping the nature nails, so little nail color selections, no clean shaping of the acrylic nails, uneven toned nails, and bad nail filling. Worse, the own pick’ n chose who she want to service or not. I’ve my nails done few times with her In her previous work place and her work wasn’t great but it was cheap. So you can say I was a loyal customer of hers, however, when I went back to her new location, the first time wasn’t great since I pay $35 for a refill that took only 10 min, no nail prep, the design, shaping, & filling wasn’t great, and had to wait more than 50 min cuz she was servicing another person before finishing with mine. When I became impatient waiting, she told to go somewhere else if I’m not “satisfied” with it, even though she was still in the process of finishing my nails. The 2nd time I went, I’ve made appointment for 3 pm and I showed up a min late. The moment she saw me, she start pushing me out the door talking about how she have a hair appointment at 3:15pm and she can’t do my nails. Mind you, she didn’t even say sorry or apologize for the inconvenience. She told me I didn’t made the appointment & I said I did & told her the time. She didn’t bother checking. She didn’t offer another appointment or tell me there was a mixup on the schedule. She simply went back to her chair in the middle of the conversation & start scrolling in her phone. She doesn’t respect her clients because she pick ‘n choose who she want to service or not and she take an advantage if you are a young individual, for instance, the amount of money you’re going to pay for your nails and the amount of time & efforts she’s going put doing your nails!!!! No matter how cheap her prices are the amount of disrespect when it comes to canceling her clients appointments whenever she felt like it or the advantages that she takes from her clients and how she pick n’ choose whom she want to service is amazes me!!

I had my nails done here a few days ago. Overall, I didn’t love the experience but it wasn’t terrible either. The woman who did my fingernails painted them and then had me put them in front a heater which made my hands feel like they were melting, so I removed them. She also hurried me to move to the pedicure when my nails were still wet and 4 of them got smeared. Instead of removing all the polish, she just painted sober some of the smudges, leaving bulges of polish. Additionally, she seemed in a rush to be finished, as the second she was done she left the room to be on her phone. I only had the acrylics one day before one snapped off. The pedicure was well done and the woman who did it was very nice and made the experience bearable.

I called before I came here since it was by the post office and I was leaving there. She told me come. I came here for ombré power and a full set . This place was very small and only one girl here working. As soon as she started she messed up because the nail she put on was crooked and then she had to soak it off & drill to remove it. Then when she started with the power it looked like really bad quality and weird so she removed it then tried a new one but it still looked bad so she removed it & also had to drill and soak it off. At that point I decided to just not try again & just go somewhere else and not get them done there.
