Critical: Quality, ValueI returned to ABC Nails because it was familiar; I was a regular there many years ago (Kim is still there, she’s the best). I couldn’t book with Kim as her schedule was already full. So the woman at the first station (by the polish) gave me a new full set, and the guy at the first station by the sign in desk added my polish. Not even 24 hours later these nails look awful. So disappointed! They will take their time with the right person and their regulars. Anyone else, good luck – it’s hit or miss. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of Kim, and the pedicures. I returned to ABC Nails because it was familiar; I was a regular there many years ago (Kim is still there, she’s the best). I couldn’t book with Kim as her schedule was already full. I come here often, today I asked for a pedicure and I was so disappointed in them today. I wanted acrylic on my toes to match the one I ripped off. I like that look of the acrylic. He tells me Lee I believe “that’s too expensive no it’s to expensive” i stared at him and everyone looked at us. Because they could here us going on about it. I thought about leaving the 75 tip just so he can see it wasn’t a problem. I feel like if I told you what I wanted then do it period. I never asked how much it was. And yes ok they were talking about how pretty my feet where why would I get that on my toes but guess what I get it on my finger nails.!?!?!?!? They were laughing and pointing at my feet. If that was my employee I would be very upset with him, business is business. Unless it could cost you in the long run, get the customer what they want.

Le did my nails (dip powder). He was super nice and did a great job. I admit I’m picky with nail places and i will definitely be back! He apologized for taking longer than normal but i really loved that he was taking his time and was paying attention to detail. I’d rather someone take their time and do a good job than rush and me not like it. Thanks Le! I’ll see you in a few weeks:)
