My daughter and i are always walk ins at ABC Nails all different times of day. Today we went in midmorning and had to wait a while. Worth it. We have been several times but i think today was the best so far. Natalie did a wonderful job on my pedicure and i will ask for her from now on. She was detailed and very careful not to hurt my toezies. My daughter had Julie and was very pleased with her full set of nails.

I went in for a basic manicure with shellac polish. The guy kept messing up the paint but instead of removing the shellac he would scrape a section and apply more polish. My nails are super thick and bumpy. The clear coat is stuck to the skin on the sides of my nails. My cuticles look crusty and he cut my nails way too short. This was my first time going here in a pinch and I am far from impressed.

One of my nails broke off and a part of the polish came off too after 1 week. The staff was very rude and lied to me and my mom because they said they couldn’t soak my original nails off in acetone but that’s what they did. They time you so they will do a very sloppy job. I would advise you to go to California nails in Bixby, OK but make a appointment so you don’t have to wait.

If you are an African American woman BRING A CARD because they will take 5 minutes to check your Bills 3-4 times as if it’s fake then finally use a marker and STILL expect you to tip . For 77$ my toes could’ve been better .

I love going here since they do your nails and toes at the same time and it’s much faster that way. Today I went in and had my daughter with me and I asked one of the ladies what It would cost just to paint her nails she told $25 which I think is way overpriced just to get them painted with regular nail polish. I always get a regular manicure with dip and a regular pedicure with shellac. It always cost me $85 (with tip) today I went in got what I always get and it cost $95. I then asked why I was just in there not even a month ago. The guy then had to get another lady and then told me the regular pedicure with dip went up to $45 instead of $40. So I asked to split it up on two different payments and he charged me $45 for each payment which is $90. So what happened to the $5 he was going to charge me. The prices are outrageous so I won’t be going back here.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI got a nail lady who seemed like she was TRYING to make me in pain. She started with my toes and on each big toe she RIPPED out the skin from each corner and it was so painful but I was too scared to say anything. She scraped my toes very hard as though she wanted it to hurt and it was an uncomfortable experience. Then she did my nails and two or three of them were bleeding as she was painfully cutting the skin out of my nail bed but the fingers look fine now, however it’s not normal to bleed that much and I don’t particularly WANT AIDS THANK U VERY MUCH. Overall she seemed mad and made me feel way too much pain. TELL ME WHY I GAVE A 20% TIP??!! I was lowkey scared that she’d chop a finger off at that point so idk. I’ve gotten a nail infection here before, but THIS ONE HURTS. anyways i really don’t recommend. In the past 5-6 years the quality of treatment is not consistent. Some techs massage arms and legs for sometime; others for very short time. Many techs do not understand how you want to rectify nail issues. Most cannot answer questions about certain treatments. Most of your customers know you’re talking about u s and laughing at us. Many of your techs act like they hate their jobs and are in a hurry to get customers out as quickly as possible thereby causing unsatisfactory treatments. Your facility and manicure booths are dirty, dusty, your polish products are old and expired for further use, and your hospitality in welcoming clients upon there arrival are abrasive and abrupt and demanding, no smiles, no warmth as other nail shops are.
