My husband and I enjoyed our 60 min foot massage today, which is really a full body massage, with a stronger focus on your feet. No issue with communication, therapist pull back on pressure when asked, and there was no push back on the 20% tip, like I’ve seen in reviews at other establishments. I will admit that the two massage therapists were chatty, but they kept their voices quiet, so it didn’t bother us.

I had an AWESOME massage.. the massage was $80.00 I Gave a $15 tip and was told I needed to swipe my card or give more of a tip.. she said like $20 or $30.. don’t get me wrong she did an amazing job but that was NOT OKAY to REQUEST me to double my tip. I let her know I am sorry if that was not enough and I will come more prepared next time. My card better not be charged for anything more. They could atleast have the advertisement SAY tips no LESS THAN $20..

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI recently moved to the area and was on the lookout for a new foot massage establishment. Based on the great reviews I decided to go here. My foot massage started off on the wrong foot…literally. They brought the water bath out for my feet and when I put them in, the water was EXTREMELY hot. So hot that I instantly pulled my feet out and told her. Problem is the gal told me it wasn’t hot and she physically grabbed my feet and shoved them back in and HELD THEM DOWN! It then became a tough of war to get my feet from her to stop them burning. I was SHOCKED and so upset to say the least. I wanted to cry, I wanted to leave right then and there. How dare you try to hurt a client. I have had lots of foot massages and have never had an experience like that. Excellent professional massage from Michelle! I had the 1 hour foot massage but it encompassed more then that… from my knees down, my head, face, shoulders, both arms & hands. This was my second time there and I’ll be doing more visits at least once a month. Exceptional!

I’ve been to many foot massage / reflexology places and this was the best for several reasons. Under new management, everyone I met there iss enthusiastic about providing excellent service to new clients. My massage ran over an hour by 5 or 10 minutes so I loved that and the quality was amazing. Deeper and firmer than I can usually tolerate, but relaxing and left me feeling great the next day, not sore. The price is competitive and they are offering discounts for Lunar New Year!
