Abby is the best stylist in Eugene!! I’ve gone to her for YEARS and she’s consistently amazing!!! I had a tough hairstyle that nobody but Abby could cut and she did it perfectly!!! She is a color genius too! She always listens to what you want done but won’t hesitate to be honest with you! She also helps you learn how to take care of your hair to keep it healthy!! I highly recommend her!!

Abby is a magician! She took my hair from purple (by this time I liked to call it “Franken-purple” because I had colored my hair all the colors in the rainbow) back to platinum blonde, and fixed my botched haircut from another salon. She took her time and made sure every detail was perfect from the precision cut, to every single piece of hair being perfectly processed. Her studio is cozy, and you have her undivided attention once you’re in the chair. It’s so important to trust your stylist, especially when you are going from a fashion color to platinum, and she delivered! I was nervous going in to it, because I moved and had to leave my trusted stylist of 7 years, but I’m so glad I found someone in Eugene that knows what they’re doing! I saw 2 other stylists in the area, and was disappointed both times with the quality of their work. Abby is genuine, funny, and will listen to you. Definitely don’t hesitate to book her services!

Not sure if Abby Rose just doesn’t like kids or what, but when I brought my two teens in for a cut she completely disregarded us and could not contain her absolute annoyance that we were in her space (despite booking online appointments in advance). Super rude, and we left before the cuts began (late b/c she needed to take a phonecall and smoke a cig after our scheduled appt time). Cute space but extremely negative vibe oozing from the owner. Two days later, I was also fraudulently charged $100 for this experience. Have never left a bad review in my life. Prospective clients, beware.

Abby is by far the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going to her for over 3 years I wouldn’t trust anyone else over her to do my hair. She listens and always asks questions about what you want and makes sure your happy every step of the way. Asked for long layers for my hair, it looks great! Exactly what I asked for!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had getting my hair done! Abby scheduled someone underneath me the first appointment so I waited almost 2 hours! Not to mention the color and cut was outrageously expensive for a poor quality job. She then scheduled me for a free touch up to fix the hair. Then called later that week to reschedule once again for Saturday. So Saturday comes around and I arrive to my appointment to find out she’s once again scheduled someone underneath me! She says I would have to wait an hour. Not only that she never greets her customers and completely ignores them! Very very poor customer service and poor quality work for the outrageous price. I do not recommend Abby and I will be filing a complaint first come Monday! I still have not received a refund either of $160 for a partial color and cut! Beyond disappointed!!!
