After a long day at work, I was looking forward to a relaxing experience at this establishment. I booked my appointment over a month in advance, since they are very busy. My scheduled appointment was at 5:30pm, so I arrived at 5:05pm to fill up the forms, since I could not do it through the app because it was asking for a password which was never sent to me. Everyone was very friendly. 5:30pm comes, and I was still waiting patiently. A guy comes in with a hand-full of goodies for the staff, and was immediately accommodated and whisked inside the clinic. It seems that the guy did not have any appointment, since he did not sign in or anything. Anyway, come 5:45pm, I asked one of the staff if it will still take a while. She asked one of the ladies inside, and was told that I have to wait 15 more minutes before a room becomes available. She probably saw the dismay on my face, and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I had to cancel my appointment because of the lack of professionalism.
