I work on both men and women. I especially enjoy helping those who suffer from tension headaches and neck pain. I also have a special focus on providing exceptional prenatal and postpartum massage. I know how hard it can be to get a good massage while pregnant. You are not fragile and with a few exceptions can safely receive the deeper work that your body craves!

Abby rocks! I’ve had two craniosacral sessions with her and have felt a huge difference. After a major hip injury from a sky diving crash last summer, I’ve still be recovering over a year later and felt a little stuck. This therapy really helped get me to the next level of recovery where I am starting to feel more mobility where I had been limited in my hips. I’m excited to see where we get as I continue sessions. Abby is professional, thorough and clearly takes a lot of pride in her work, including continuing education to learn more skills and specialties.
