Had a doctor appointment & called 2 hrs in advance to make sure I could still get my appointment only to get a phone call back that since I was 2 mins late I lost 2 wks waiting. The previous time I just had a haircut and it wasn’t cut or thinned like I asked for but the customer is wrong there! I got in somewhere else the same day, got what I wanted and better price without rudeness!
