Abbey is a great massage therapist. I’ve had many over time due to my condition, but Abbey is a unique provider because of the approach she offers when treating. The difference was evident from the first day I met her. She takes the time to be thorough, and develop a plan for your needs, as well as to just listen. She goes above and beyond to bring down your pain and help you feel and be the best you can be when you head out her door. Highly recommended!

I now have a monthly massage and it has kept my back from going out……just the right amount to keep everything relaxed! When I have had a specific problem she listens and adjusts and has helped better than PT!
