Great experience all the way around. From making the appointment (phone answered in 2 rings) by a very courteous and knowledgeable staff person, through my impression of the office and the way I was made to feel like a “VIP” by every staff member in every aspect of my appointment. Dr. Padilla was great. I came in for a complimentary consultation for dermal filler for deep lines on either side of my nose. She explained how it worked and how there were different types of fillers and the pros and cons of each. She then recommended which she thought would be best for me. She didn’t try to sell or convince me. Was just totally consultative and was not in a rush. Made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me. When I said I had no more questions she said to think about it and to make another appointment at my convenience if I decided to do it. Well I had already decided I wanted to do it and when I was checking out told the staff person I wanted to come back as soon as there was availability. Luckily for me there was a cancellation later that day. So I returned in the afternoon for my second appointment. Same great experience, particularly with the doctor who made sure the area was nice and numb before starting very gently and always checking to make sure I was comfortable. Results were great. Exceeded my expectations. I will be back!

I went to Abbey Aesthetics for tattoo removal. I had received more than 8 treatments at another place and it was still not gone and there was also now some scar tissue on the site further complicating the situation. I decided to try Abbey Aesthetics because after doing some research, I understood that their Enlighten 3 laser, which is the latest technology, could remove what was left even though there was scar tissue involved. And it did! After only 3 treatments. Equally important, the staff was very friendly and attentive. And Nurse Amanda who did my treatments was very accomodating. She took the time to answer all my questions. She made sure I was comfortable and feeling minimal pain with a combination of numbing cream and ice pack.

Finding Dr. Padilla completely changed my life! I have spent years trying to get rid of belly fat and nothing worked- despite rigorous diet and exercise. I went to other doctors for a Smart Lipo consult but Dr. Padilla and the staff sold me right off the bat. The doctor was very upfront about how the Smart Lipo procedure would go, thoroughly answered all my questions and even explained all the costs to me. The surgery went just as she described it would. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and explained everything very well as the procedure went on. I am about 5 days post op from my abdominal Smart Lipo and my only regret is that I did not do this sooner. I am so happy with my results so far and I still have a long way to go with healing. I was very happy with the results but also with the attention and care I got from both Dr. Padilla and her staff during the procedure itself and for the follow-up appointments. The other thing that is really great about Abbey Aesthetics is that not only was the price for the procedure lower than the other places I looked at but that the price I was given was all inclusive (the procedure, anesthesia, compression garment, follow-up visit, etc.).
