Appointment setting was easy and efficient. I sent a text and got a response quickly. Abbe made my appointment right away. She answered questions and was very polite. I wanted knotless braids and she was more than accommodating. When I arrived she informed me that her schedule was running behind. I was ok with waiting while she finished up her client. As time went on I had to leave and let her know I wanted to cancel. She immediately said no, lol you will not leave with that experience. She told me that she apologizes and it would be two people braiding to cut down on time. Her persistence let me know that this was not her normal. Very friendly, clean shop. Her work is neat and she cares. Not only will I recommend but I will make sure to book future appointments. This is the experience worth the price. She’s also affordable. I’ve found my new braiding spot and I’m happy. Book now you won’t regret it.
