Have had 3 different people doing my nails (Katie, Lily, and Philip) and every time they came out AMAZING! I always do dip powder with designs. This was my last nails about 3 days ago with Philip, and I’m OBSESSED!! I recommend to make an appointment before coming in, and have plenty of time. But other than that, I recommend 100%!!

Had my nails done about 5 days ago with SNS. 7 of my nails were real and long. I told the guy to not make them thin since I run a business house cleaning. I get my nails done every 3 weeks. Never had an issue. Until now. This is the first time I’ve ever used them since my salon has been busy lately. I complained to the manager after 3 days. He promised he would fix them but he was busy and about to close. I’m from palm coast. Not daytona. So today, day 5 my cars in the shop so i got a ride, they refused to give me my money back. They refuse to soak my nails off and redo them. They just wanted to add more sns meanwhile I had to use nail glue to stop the sns from cracking. The owner is in the back sleeping on the pedicure chair with not a care in the world. I would NEVER go here again and I’ll tell everyone too. I want my money back. I have pictures of the damages.

She’s very clear and informative with everything she does and is willing to change or do anything as long as you communicate! Nothing I hate more than struggling to tell someone when you want to change something. She works very efficiently and learns what her customers prefer. I am always in and out and it’s great. Love chatting with her. I have a very busy schedule, I’m a server and bartender, as well as a weightlifter and spend several hours at the gym everyday. She’s very clear and informative with everything she does and is willing to change or do anything as long as you communicate! Not only did they do a nice job on my nails, and the place was clean, but I was visiting from out of town and forgot my AirPods there and wasn’t able to get them until months later, and they still held onto them for me which I thought was super great and makes this business trust worthy, thank you!

I loved this place. Pretty lighting and staff was cool. Held good convo with me and patient when picking out my nail color. I called and took awhile to come but when I walked in they were waiting for me. Prices were fair (very fair) and they have a great selection of colors. I can’t wait to try the liquid gel this summer. But they did great acrylic and cut them the length I needed. Also the lady who did my eyebrows was awesome, she shaped them and made sure I didn’t walk out looking crazy. Cool rewards program also. Thank you!

I felt welcome, and the woman who helped me wanted to make sure I was happy and committed to the customer experience. Very friendly, non-snobby environment. Calming spa atmosphere.
