Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a haircut by Luz unfortunately not at all what I asked for or showed her on the picture I presented. After I explained to her that, was NOT what I requested she started to insult me and my intelligence. I did not want to do this review. I asked for the Managers information and she told me to figure it out myself. When I called to get the information of manager or owner she told me she was the manager. She tells me to tell her my complaint. I recognized her voice so I asked her, her name she knew it was me so her answer was “I don’t have to give you that Information and hung up on me. I called 3 more times and she proceeded to hang up. Super unprofessional!!!!! I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed it was that bad. I explained that and said at this point they left me no choice to leave this review. My hair was completely messed up I have pictures and recordings to prove it all so I will continue to try to reach out to the manager but if anyone knows it please let me know. I have looked everywhere for it and no luck. I had a haircut by Luz unfortunately not at all what I asked for or showed her on the picture I presented. After I explained to her that, was NOT what I requested she started to insult me and my intelligence. I did not want to do this review.
