Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI showed up at this business at 6:25pm on Saturday because I could not find anything else open in the area. I arrived and attempted to get my hair cut but was denied because they said they were closing early. No apology or explanation provided. Critical: ProfessionalismI started coming here over a year ago for my nails. Nalelly was very sweet and professional. As time has went by quality of the nails started to go down. Also she is very unprofessional. I’ve sat and waited almost every appointment because she was running behind which is understandable. One time.. literally one time I am late she tells me to come still and when I get there she says show me what you want idk if I can do it because of time. If that was the case I shouldn’t have came I could have rescheduled. The next time I had an appointment with her she text me and said shed be 15 minutes late.. I waited 45 minutes before she was there. I had an appointment scheduled yet again, and at midnight the night before she tells me she is going to have to cancel my appointment due to landlord inspection. Not professional at all. Didn’t offer to accommodate or anything. Very disappointed and will not be bringing my business here anymore. & will not recommend. I started coming here over a year ago for my nails. Nalelly was very sweet and professional. As time has went by quality of the nails started to go down. Also she is very unprofessional. I’ve sat and waited almost every appointment because she was running behind which is understandable.
