litzy is a great & sweet person. First time doing my hair with her was a good experience but took longer than expected and it was double the price of the estimated amount she gaved me. I was asked to come in earlier 8:00 am to be exact & she was 20 min late I had to call because she didn’t reach out to me about running late & when I called her she said she was leaving starbucks . My hair wasn’t exactly what I wished for but over all it was okay. Second time going in was the same exact thing..20 min late walking in with Starbucks & not even an apology or discount for it being the second time done to me. I wish her well in her business..her work is great but unfortunate for me I won’t be going back..wish her the best.

Horrible unprofessional service with the owner Litzy she cancelled my hair appointment 20 min before arriving. She text me she had forgotten she was going out of town at 12pm. I went personally to the salon at 3pm to make her pay me back my deposit since she was the one who canceled n Not me. She was at the salon which means she lied about going out of town so i told her why haven’t you Zelle me my money like u said you would n she respond back saying she was busy when there was absolutely nobody at the salon. She got upset because i had told her over the phone she was very unprofessional for canceling my appointment 20 before me heading to the salon n that’s what made her upset n not wanna pay me when it was her fault n Not mine and to top it of she told me over the phone that i was not even a client of years I’m mean what hairdresser says this to a new client n then hangs up the phone you tell me if this isn’t unprofessional i have never had a bad experience like this!!!!! Now what a coincidence that after this bad review few hours later good reviews pop up this so Sketchy the owner must of told some of her clients to put good reviews don’t let the good reviews trick you.
