Disappointment is a TOTAL understatement! My daughters & I had been coming here for a couple of months & would always ask for Tupi. On 3 occasions, when she was busy, my Daughters were attended by one of the other ladies. Obviously the quality of the work wasn’t the same considering that on one of the visits my Daughters’ eyebrows were completely messed up by one of them! Left out of shape & waaay too thin!!! Today, one of my daughters went in for an upper lip wax & ended up with skin tears! The wax was applied & without holding the skin, the muslin strip was ripped off & repeated several times over the SAME spot!!!! Now my Daughter is left with skin tears & irritation all over upper lip! This is CLEARLY the result of someone who isn’t properly trained & should NOT be performing work on clients!!!! DO NOT GO HERE, you will be disappointed!!!

We been coming here for years since they first opened and we try and see Tupi she is really good and fast but the other women there are good also. My daughter and myself like coming here other places have most up our eyebrows that we don’t feel comfortable going to new places we don’t know.

They are open with covid restrictions. Will need to leave your name on a list and then wait in your car and they will call you when it is your turn. Love the shape they have helped me accomplish with my brows. Workers are extremely nice. Also have a reward card that after 10 Stamps you get a free service. Highly recommend.

Every single woman here is always friendly. I can’t give all the workers 5 stars for their threading ability, however I have been helped by almost all of them and no one has ever ruined my shape, and they are always professional, and clean. My 5 stars is for the lovely lady that works in the first chair when you walk in. So sorry forgot her name. She has the most experience and has saved my brows 2 times now after other places have ruined them. I have learned my lesson now. Not going anywhere else from now on

Threading feels very different from plucking but I think it looks nicer for longer in my opinion! And you don’t have to deal with wax in your pours. They usually do a good job here!
