Critical: ProfessionalismI used to get my hair done here by my wonderful friend, I would drive an hour+ from where I live in Las Vegas to get my hair done by her, the owner would interrupt my service with my stylist at least 8 or more times to make my stylist answer phone calls or book services for the owner’s guests instead of just doing it herself (trust me she had the time, they are not an overly busy salon). When my stylist told her this was upsetting to me she basically said it didn’t matter because I was friends with the stylist doing my hair. I found this completely inappropriate because I was spending decent money on my services and driving almost 70 miles to go there to begin with. She would stop her in the middle of time sensitive processes, and then act like a child if my stylist made her wait at all, causing a scene and verbally berating her in front of others. I am so glad my friend does not work here anymore, I have been waiting to leave this review for a very long time but did not want her to receive even more harassment from the owner. The things I heard her say to my stylist were absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
