I love coming to this place for the Brazilian wax and eyebrow threading and tinting. This place is friendly and has good customer service. Brazilian wax is excellent and lasts very long; if you listen to specific instructions, make it last longer. For eyebrows, I would suggest just cleaning around your natural shape and having them fill in or take off to your desire. They’re new, so they want constructive feedback to improve their techniques. The key is to talk to them and build a relationship with them. I never had a bad experience with them, and I will keep going.

Crazy. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now and I’ve never felt it hurt this bad. Come to realize afterwards that the lady removed almost all my eyebrows. They look terrible and extremely thin my left eyebrow doesn’t even have an arch anymore. Just ridiculous, I told her they were too thin she tried adding some type of tinting to it which faded off the very next day. Overall really painful and my eyebrows look very bad and extremely thin now.

Check your receipt if you are paying by credit card! This place is very dishonest when it comes to charging your credit card the correct amount. I would have given this place a pass if they made this mistake once but unfortunately it did not happen once, it happened TWICE!
