This is my first time to Aapka salon and I really regret going. I had gone for a full face threading today and the lady happened very rough and I had a bleeding near my eye. I have been taking service from these many years never I was bleed for the threading. Also she messed up with the eye brows shape.

Negative reviews. They took over Deevas ( shocking) in Bellevue and today the lady who did my waxing is horrible. She was so rough and eager to finish things faster and When I told her its paining and asked her to apply some powder and then do, she is reverting back saying what would that do? While waxing pain does happen . Bear it and I was like what the hell am I in? Is it called the customer service ?? She z not ready to talk pleasing to customer when the customer has an issue .

The lady who used to work here has left the place. We scheduled an appointment for my wife today and the new girl did not tell us that the previous lady has left. When we asked for her, she said wait and she will come. After waiting for half an hour, my wife decided to do her facial with this new girl…WHAT a mistake!!!

Terrible staff and the owners. After telling them reviews of their service they threaten and use bad language. No one has any personal grudge with them to provide unnecessary bad reviews. We are not even asking for any refunds but just called them to tell them that their service wasn’t great. Instead of speaking in a good manner the owner started to shout over the call saying that you don’t have rights to judge.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came to the states like 2 years ago and since then have been struggling to get a good threading and waxing service but search ended right here at Aapka spa. Preet Di (one of the employees) is the best if you want to get your full body wax or even your first bikini wax. Good for basic threading and waxing. They accept walk-ins if there is availability but better to call before you go as there can be a wait depending on the day and time.

Terrible staff and the owner is really worse. If you are not satisfied with their service and complain about it then they will start abusing you and will say you have no right to judge your staffs. I was like what the **** is happening. You pay for the service and you get bad service and on top of that listen to their abusive language. Seems the owner has lot her head.
