I would never give anybody a negetive review. But this was a different experience. I doubt I will ever be returning. I have been to this shop 2-3 times before for threading and thought she was decent. I went today and the lady simply could not be bothered in doing a proper clean job, the way she was threading was just painful.

10.9.22: Called the owner 6mins prior to arrival. I was told to come in 15. I went the Indian supermarket across the street. Came back in 9mins. Owner instructed my daughter and to sit in svs chair. She went in back for 3mins. Another customer walked in, Indian woman immediately walked to the back. She Put on a mask as she noticed we had ours. Looked us up and down. Told the owner she was there first, not true. Owner proceeded to ask us to get out of the seat as she was going to svs her first. As soon as the customer in question walked in. I new there was going to be an issue. Racisms seems to be spreading everywhere. Beyond disappointed as I went to the supermarket to support authentic business.

The lady did my eyebrows very nicely! Only thing is she fooled me and my sister with the price. We went separate times. I gave her $2 tip for an $8 eyebrow and for some reason she charged me $12??? And with my sister, the lady said eyebrows is $10 when it should be $8. If I go there, I’m not going to tip her again. Cause she will take advantage as I gave tip from card.

Called 15 minutes before i came in to make sure they could fit me in. Got my eyebrows threaded and upper lip waxed. Altogether $12. Very afforadable. Told her I like my eyebrows thick and they came out perfect! And my mustache is gone! Took less than 10 minutes. Place is very clean and the lady that worked on me was super nice! Will be back!

They are really good at scheduling appointments, always try to accomodate with customer’s time. Very fast service if you take appointment beforehand. They should improve quality of work though. Eyebrow threading, Body waxing, Waxing
