Critical: ProfessionalismMy mother was completely taken advantage of by a stylist here. Her hair came out really brassy and much lighter than she originally asked for. She told the stylist (Abby) it was too brassy while she was still in the chair. She was asked to give it a few days to see if it darkens up, when it didn’t she called to have it fixed like she was asked to do. After having it “fixed” she was charged $65 for the stylists screw up. That’s 80% of what she was charged the first time. $150 total to pay for her mistake. My mother was completely taken advantage of by a stylist here. Her hair came out really brassy and much lighter than she originally asked for. She told the stylist (Abby) it was too brassy while she was still in the chair. Critical: ProfessionalismSign said walk-ins welcome. There were three ladies 50+ working and no one waiting to be helped. Said that I needed my sides shaved and I was told very briskly that they could not help me. Most rude and unprofessional service. Never go here!
