The actual message was mostly great. I can day she spent way too much time on a spot on my back that I tried desperately to tell her was a horrible back spasm. Her lack of English almost made me get up and leave. I could hardly move that area for days. Also, she apologized but constantly stopped a very expensive message several times to answer the phone or front door. GET A RECEPTIONIST! ESPECIALLY, WITH the prices they charged. I thought it was going to be on the cheaper side so I booked 120 mins. By time we got done, plus tip and the MOST RIDICULOUS TABLE BATH FEE IT WAS 120.00 THAT SHE NEVER MADE Me AWARE OF. I WON’T BE RETURNING. I was never asked if I wanted a table bath. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Several weeks ago my daughter booked the two of us a 90 minute couples massage for 10 am today. We arrived a few minutes early and were led to a room to undress and get settled on the beds. While laying there we notice the room is a bit dirty- the floor seen through the face holes wasn’t vacuumed and the walls had various smudges on them.

This was not what I was expecting at all. I felt confused from the beginning because one woman told me to go in the room, change and failing to tell me a different therapist would come in. When the therapist came in, she didn’t say one word to me besides when I said “hello” to her. She didn’t even introduce herself. She just started doing a full body massage without asking where I have pain or where she should focus. Half off the massage was over the sheets which was odd to me. She was silent the whole time and honestly I just wanted the experience to end. When I asked for deeper pressure, she just completely ignored me. She was older and didn’t speak English, but that doesn’t excuse it. They could have brought in an interpreter to make sure we were on the same page. When I was paying up front, she was watching me cash out the whole time and was waiting for a tip which was so uncomfortable. Will not come back here again.

Hated every minute of it. And the language barrier cannot be an excuse. Despite me visibly writhing in pain and asking the massage “therapist” to reduce pressure, she would just laugh and continue to dig in to the knots in my back and neck. Worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I left with more pain than I went there with. Wish I had gotten the name of my therapist, because obviously most other people have had good experiences here and have left positive reviews. Also, I get that they have to charge 3% transaction fees for cards, but 3% of $60 is not $3. It’s $1.8. She straight up charged my card $63!

Very clean, warm and spacious rooms. Masseuse was on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable. She really listened to the issues I was having and addressed and explained her technique through out the massage. I felt like she did a great job giving a complete and balanced massage. This place was awesome! I got a couples massage for me and my boyfriend. I had a male masseuse and he was super mindful of the placement of the privacy sheet and never made me feel uncomfortable. It was definitely different from more western massages I’ve had in the past, but still felt amazing. There was never an issue with the language barrier and everyone there understood what my boyfriend and I were saying.
