I just left the salon not too long ago and my fingers still hurt. The guy doing my nails was very rough and rushed my nails. I have many open wounds that bled. I even I have a spot on one of my fingers where he filed my skin raw. My nails are crooked and not really not what asked for. The polish is very bubbly I actually walked away without tipping for the first time and I felt horrible, but I couldn’t tip for such a bad job. I’m not one to usually leave a bad review, but I couldn’t keep my mouth shut on this. I just left the salon not too long ago and my fingers still hurt. The guy doing my nails was very rough and rushed my nails. I have many open wounds that bled. I even I have a spot on one of my fingers where he filed my skin raw. My nails are crooked and not really not what asked for. The polish is very bubbly I actually walked away without tipping for the first time and I felt horrible, but I couldn’t tip for such a bad job. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The place looks so unsanitary. The man was HORRIBLE and so rude to me it was unreal. He cut my cuticles so short 6 out of 10 nails were bleeding. I asked for a full set manicure and he became very condisending when we were actually talking about different types of nails (I meant fake he meant real) and was talking rudely about me to other customers that came in right in front of my face. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Nail polish was all over the sides of my nails, some places missing, and it’s still very see through and looks like a 5 year old did it. Plus, he painted my nails with my blood still running some and contaminated the nail polish… but put it back on he shelf. This place is awful. DO NOT GO!

Yesterday, my friend and I went to get manicures here and both regret it. The man who works here was very rude to my friend and did an awful job on her nails. When my friend asked him if he was going to do the fake nails, he, very rudely, said “you told me you wanted manicure, not full set.” She than told him she thought that’s what a manicure was and he told her no. So she nicely told him that it was fine, but he kept going on about it saying that next time, she needed to ask for a full set. After repeating himself a few more times, he finishes her nails and tells her to go to the back and put her hands in the machine to dry them. Well, two ladies show up and one of them has him doing her nails, and he asks her what she wants, and she asks for her nails to just be painted. He than finds it appropriate to point at my friend and tell the lady “that lady asked for a manicure but than tells me “well I want fake nails”

My niece got her nails done by the gentleman that works here and her acrylic nails started chipping the same day and one actually came completely off. You could tell that he was rushing to do her nails and did a very crappy job. We went back to get them fixed and he tried to tell me that I would have to pay and I refused. He began to repair the nails by just filing them down and reapplying the acrylic but I specifically said that I wanted them taken completely off and a new set put back on. He cringed his face, said”ok, I do for you but you pay.” I told him no and that I would call the mall manager and report him and his demeanor completely changed. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend giving your hard earned money to the business because they do subpar work.

Very poor service! paid $40 for ugly looking nails (yellowish color, acrylic bubbles uneven shape) staff unwilling to make an agreement. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
