Nice but older business. The website is misleading, says they give $10 off to new cash paying clients but do not want to honer it. The masseuse was nice. I fell asleep. At the end she wanted to charge me for another half hour. She told me one price then came back and told me it would be more so I declined. I asked if I could write the tip amount on my receipt but she insisted on cash. So I gave her what I had. Then she wanted to run my card for more. I refused but thanked her for her time and left the cash tip. There was absolutely no one there and it looked like they had not had any clients for a long time. So honestly, I don’t know why they were complaining and trying to price gouge! Not coming back

We had an awful experience. We arrived right at the time of our appointment, so we started about 5 minutes after that. The masseuses were in and out the entire time, talking to customers coming in and the woman was also texting throughout the massage. The icing on the cake is that they shorted us 15 minutes. When I called her out, she insisted we started 15 minutes we actually did. I looked at the time stamp from when we left our home, and it was the time that she claimed we started. Last but not least, she tried to force us into a 25% tip.

I had a 10:30 appointment, but got there early. Since it was not busy, I was actually seen early. Not going to lie, I had low expectations because of the location looked less than ideal. However, I was very pleased with my massage. I will definitely be coming back for another massage.

The female receptionist is the only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars. Both times I spoke to her over the phone she wasn’t helpful or informative when it came to fulfilling services. She was dismissive and unwilling when it came to scheduling. The guy with the glasses did a more than an excellent job. He was respectful, sanitary, and considerate the entire time. It’s a nice little place and their massage oil smells amazing. Pretty ok for a family business as well.
