Hands down the best salon I’ve been to. Everyone who works there is friendly, warm, and experts. I’ve had issues with past salons not knowing how to color my dark and thick hair, but Deseray at A&A didn’t even blink an eye. She got my hair to lift the most it ever has- Even the virgin (undyed) hair at my roots. Amazing place! My husband now gets his hair cut here and my stepmom recently went and loved her her coloring experience too. Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent to go get a perm after hearing great reviews about this place, and my friend comes here often. When I got there at 1pm (my appointment time) I had to wait about 30-40 minuets before I even got sat. That was the first sign that I should’ve just left, while I was getting my hair done she first used the wrong product then afterwards she kept saying oh this is a perfect size rod for what your looking for. Once my hair was finished the lady doing my hair (the owner) said oh no the hair in the front didnt stay i don’t know why I did everything right but the hair in the back looks good. Excuse me…thanks. Then she kept saying it’ll look better when it dries no not the case my hair looks the exact same as it did before I got it done although now it’s looks frizzy. The owner doing my hair said come back in 3 weeks to do it again haha lady you think I’m going to let you touch my hair again. I basically paid $100 just for a half done haircut. When I got there at 1pm (my appointment time) I had to wait about 30-40 minuets before I even got sat. I went in the get my hair cut by Ana and shes amazing! (My mom referred her to me) I was so nervous to cut my hair (it was a very long time since my last cut) but she put me at ease. She gave me exactly what i wanted and she even conditioned my hair with red conditioner and suggested for me to use it so my hair will stay vibrant. Definitely will be back!

WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO!!!!! I went in, showed them what I wanted, they said they could do it. I wanted an ombré the girl literally did highlights on me!!! It was late, and her daughter was there, which is fine but she kept complaining of being hungry. I had just had my baby and it was my first time away from him. I called the next morning explain that she had not done what I wanted, owner was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even have her license in a visible area. Until the end she mention she could fix it but she said it in a negative way and said I would have to pay even more. I basically paid $200 for someone to mess up my hair. This issue happened about a year ago, maybe by now she has educated herself and has received proper training.
