My daughter asked me to take her there. She went a few times over the summer and was treated well soo she was excited about mother/ daughter time there. When we went she was treated very rudely because age kept expressing that she was not happy about her nails. The lady went off on her and increased the price because of the style of nail. My daughter said this service in the past was only $25, but she charged $30. I’m guessing this was because she knew she wasn’t getting a tip. When we questioned the increase, she began to speak with a thick accent saying ‘I don’t understand, I don’t understand!’ We never got rude with her. I want everyone to know that in addition to being excessively rude, she took $5 from a 16 year old that was saving her money from odd jobs to get her nail done specifically in that location. It’s just sad.

When i got there I went with a group and I right away went and picked a color then took a seat I was one of the first to sit down and one of the lasts one to get service, the guy that helped was pulling my arm while putting on the nails and kept talking about all the clients that were there. They talked a lot about us they’re language and they were pretty rough. I dried my nails for 7 minutes and paid 30 dollars then went to go and take a piss and my nail got smudged and I asked to get it redone and they did and I had to dry them again and when they dried and I went to sit back down and I was asked why I was sitting there and she had forgotten about redoing my nails. I got almond shape and I have to say that they are not even.
