Update, 8 months after my initial review below: I just wanted to add that I can’t believe how gorgeous my hair has BECOME. Carolina (I hope I’m spelling her name right! She’s the owner who I adore and the only person I let cut my hair) has dealt with my annoying, complicated requests for years, doesn’t push products on me in an annoying salesperson way like people do at other salons (or haircoloring, because I love my natural color, and so does she! 🙂 ), but she did answer my questions about some products. ANYWAY, the reason I’m writing this: my hair has become thick, full, and absolutely gorgeous, and grown out down to my butt during the pandemic. I LOVE it and so does everyone else! Everyone who touches my hair can’t believe how wonderfully healthy and soft it is, and I NEVER thought I’d have thick/full hair ever again in my life, but Carolina must have worked her magic so that when it grew out, it would be just like I wanted it, and it means so much to me, and I love her so much for gifting me with something that literally NO other hairstylist who was “good with long hair” could handle since 2014. She is my magical wonderful hair goddess and knower of things, like when she says “no, you don’t want another 2 inches off, trust me.” I trust her. That’s a million billion star review, FYI.
