I got a coupon on Groupon on June 2nd and was trying to schedule my appointment for 6 weeks until I actually was able to get in touch with her. She never answers the phone calls. Finally on July 17th I set up my first appointment through texting and had to wait for it until August 24 because her working hours are not correct (she doesn’t work till 8pm as stated and Saturdays are busy of course). So I finish work earlier and come to the place 1hr before my scheduled time just to realize that it’s closed for a reconstruction. She moved a couple of miles away but didn’t change the address on Groupon, Google, or her website. She didn’t point my attention to it as well but just included the new address into confirmation message. No answer to my phone call again. So, when I notice the different address a few min later I drive there and spend 10min looking for parking (I chose this place because of convenient working hours and location 1 block from my work to avoid problems with parking). The doors were closed, I called the door bell – no luck. Waited till my scheduled time and called the door bell again, and again, and again. Called her phone – nothing. I waited until 10min past my time and left. Than I get a text message from her with new address, so I responded that her behavior is unprofessional and I would leave a review. Her answer was “We can’t answer the phone while work!! Your appointment is at 4pm not before I believe!!”(got it 15min past my time). I think that using exclamation marks when texting your upset new client is unprofessional as well as her language by itself. No apology or any other reaction. She still didn’t change her working hours or the address… This lady might be skilled in what she is doing but her customer service is disgusting!

My first time getting electrolysis. Loubna is skilled and knowledgeable. She explains everything. She is efficient, so got a lot done on my first appointment. She is easy to talk to and friendly & honest. I look forward to my next appointment and treatments until I am free from facial hair. Her address is on Addison – not Belmont. Her price is fair as electrolysis is not cheap. The treatment only caused slight redness which was gone in 30 minutes. I will repost again at the end of my treatments. It will take at least 3-6 months because of the growth cycles. I can’t wait! So glad I found her!
