They are out of control with their obnoxious tip demands. It’s not just one time. We’ve been coming here for seven years, and every time it gets a little worse. They also claim their credit card machine is down and only want cash, then if you insist they’ll boot up their credit card machine after being detained for a while, then charge you a surcharge. One time they even tried to put $100 tip in the machine. The massages are good, but they’re obnoxious tip behavior takes all the fun out of it

SCAM ALERT DO NOT GO HERE. They will not take credit card (although they have the ability to) and force you to go to an ATM to pay cash. I came back with cash and asked for 5 dollars back (leaving a 20% tip) and they wouldn’t give it to me, saying “you have to tip at least $20” they were beyond rude and made me so uncomfortable.

My foot massage was relaxing and mediocre (next time I will request a lot more pressure). My boyfriend’s foot massage was excellent and the therapist knew exactly where he needed extra attention and intuitively worked on the exact spot he needed focus on.

This place is odd for sure. Good massage, no frills facility. Zero issue with that. My massage was good, despite the masseuse strongly off gassing cigarette odors. Whatever. My aching foot and calf muscles felt great when I left.

I got the one hour combo, feet and back for $80! You soak your feet in a hot water tub and get a foot and leg massage. Wear loose pants so you can roll them up past your knee. When he asked if I wanted the massage chair or the table I picked the table. Great pressure and always asked if I was ok. I tipped the guy $40. I’m not rich. Where else in Aspen can you get a 60 min massage for $80?

Odd place– I called in advance to reserve a 1 hour foot massage. Upon arriving, they confirmed my appointment and then told me they only had 30 minutes. I decided to go ahead with it anyway. At the end, I paid in cash and expected to get my change back. They kept everything and did not want to give me change. It equated to a +30% tip!

Was gifted a table massage here. I was hoping for a relaxing experience but the place offers little privacy and you can hear every conversation/moan coming from other guests. The workers speak almost no English which made communicating difficult. The massage itself was ok but very rough. Actually left with pain i didn’t have before i went in. At the end, he demanded a tip (which my friend had already paid in advance) but i handed him $20 and requested $10 back. He kept it and said “20”. Definitely don’t recommend this place. I hate to complain about a gift I but this is the worst massage place I’ve ever been to.

I did not enjoy this place. The guy giving me a foot massage was using too much pressure and I nicely told him so. He acknowledged but didn’t alter his technique and I had to say something several more times. Maybe because I was polite each time I told him, he didn’t get the message or something. He actually seemed angry about something and I felt like he was taking it out on me. Even more disturbing was when it was time for me to leave: After paying, I added an additional 15% tip which was even generous given that I didn’t much enjoy the massage. When he saw that I was only giving him an additional 15%, he became incensed and started yelling at me in barely understandable English that I leave 20% tip. I was stunned as were the other customers witnessing this. At first I wasn’t sure I was understanding him right that he was actually demanding a bigger tip, or if I had misunderstood and paid the wrong amount for the cost of the massage — but after listening further as he continued to rant, it was clear I paid correctly and his angry demands were about wanting a bigger tip. Unbelievable! The only reason I’m even giving this place a two-star rating instead of one is that it looks to be a family business and it was a grouchy old patriarch who inflicted this bad experience on me — and although none of the other employees intervened to rein in this guy, I got the feeling it was because they were intimidated by him. Their efforts to run a nice business seemed sincere enough by how I saw them treating the other customers, but my experience there was unacceptable and definitely NOT relaxing and pleasant.

They started the chair massage 35 minutes after the hour and ended the massage four mins before the hour. Charge for a half an hour $50. 22 minute massage that they thought was a half hour. They charge two dollars for credit card processing . The massage was OK except for they talked the whole time during the massage entertaining other customers felt like was ripped off
